Best Western The New Englander

Clean enough for the rating. Convenient location. Good restaurant at reasonable prices. No good wireless network signal.

This is the first time that I found that a hotel did not meet my expectations. Hotel was clean but very dated. This should only be a 2 star.

As previously mentioned, the breakfast area needs to be set up in a different way to prevent the lines that formed. Overall though it was a great hotel and I had a good experience there.

This hotel is over rated at 2 1/2 stars. It is more of a one star hotel.

This hotel was inexpensive and very basic. But it was convenient and in a good neighborhood.

Right off the interstate, fully equipped room, not the best value for the quality.

The room was a bit small. When we first entered, it was very cold especially for a winter day. The service at the front desk was a tad bit slow. This was our second stay at the Best Western and I feel they have some small corks they could improve upon (i.e. a faster computer). ...read more

Overall, pretty good. Right off I 93 only 7 miles north of downtown Boston. Super free breakfast in the am with waffles, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc. Rooms need better attention to detail. Cleaner carpets, new linens, etc. ...read more

I don't feel this was a 3 star hotel more like a 1-2 star poor bathroom no sofa bad location unfriendly staff noisy. I would hope I don't get this hotel again.
